I am a loving and professional Postpartum Doula, Advanced Newborn Care Specialist, Gentle Sleep Coach & Travel Nanny. I’ve always been a natural nurturer, anticipating the needs of those around me and responding with compassion and care is a gift I’ve been blessed with. I have worked with children since I was 12 years old, and raised my own 4 children, who are now grown and living their own beautiful lives. I treasure my relationships with families and fall in love with every little one that I work with. I enjoy working with all ages and love meeting a newborn more than anything. Working with new families, helping them to navigate the changes and challenges that come with a new baby and holding space as they process those changes has been incredibly fulfilling for my soul. I am dedicated to continuing education and take great pride in my work and maintain a high level of professionalism.

In my personal time, I enjoy traveling as much as possible, exploring new areas near and far, cooking, writing and urban hiking.
