SERVICES

Please visit each individual doula's page for more information about what they offer.

Birth Doulas

Research shows that birth givers who have the support of a birth doula are:
  • less likely to need Pitocin
  • less likely to have a cesarean birth
  • less likely to use any pain medication
  • more likely to rate their childbirth experience positively
Birth doula provide information and emotional support leading up to birth, physical/emotional support and advocacy during and immediately after labor, and follow up to help connect with resources post birth.

Postpartum Doulas

Doulas offer support for both physical and emotional recovery from childbirth. They support families in the areas of newborn care, feeding, and sleeping. They may offer daytime and/or overnight care.
Daytime support may include meal prep, baby care so you can focus on protected sleep, and informational support. Overnight support helps you get sleep, while your baby is cared for.

Infant Feeding & Lactation

Support- gender inclusive, chestfeeding/body feeding, bottles, formula, pumping, combo feeding, etc.

Abortion/Loss

Support- emotional, resource gathering, after care, companionship for appointments, etc.
